Michigan Church of God Family Lock-in
Thank you for your interest in the Michigan Church of God Family Lock-in. We are looking forward to having you join us!
The UCG-Saginaw congregation will once again host the Michigan Church of God Family Lock-in at Saginaw Valley State University. This year’s lock-in will be held on Saturday, April 3, 2010.
The Lock-in will begin with Sabbath Services at 2:30 PM. After services a meal will be provided, followed by preteen bible activities, a teen and young adult bible study, and an adult seminar. Later in the evening and throughout the night you will be able to participate in family oriented activities including games, movies, music and singing. Various sports will also be available, such as swimming, basketball, dodgeball, and volleyball.
Check out all that the Ryder Center has to offer at: www.svsu.edu/rydercenter. There are basketball courts, volleyball courts, racquetball courts, an indoor track, walleyball, and more. We will have a mixture of organized activities and free time throughout the night.
Food, fellowship, and fun will be provided throughout the night! We will have quiet areas for those wanting to rest or catch some sleep. The lock-in will end with breakfast at 7:00 am Sunday morning.
There are a few things you need to keep in mind. While we plan to have activities for all ages, anyone attending below the age of 13 or in 7th grade will need to be accompanied by an adult.
There are also some things that you should plan to bring with you.
